Individual counselling sessions are $110.00 each, 50-60 minutes. 

I understand that beginning counselling can feel like a significant step. My aim is to make the process as straightforward and supportive as possible. 

I aim to keep counselling accessible. If cost is a concern, please feel free to get in touch to discuss options. I also keep a limited number of reduced-fee spaces.

Sessions are conducted online via a secure video link. 

Payment is required prior to the day of the session. 

Bank Transfer:

• An invoice will be sent to your email before your first session, including payment details. Payment is necessary to confirm your booking. 

Cancellation policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in the full session fee being charged.
