My name is Victor, and I hold a Master's Degree in counselling. I am an ACA Level 2 accredited counsellor trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have had the privilege of supporting clients in the community for the past three years.
I work with adults dealing with anxiety, stress, emotional challenges, and issues related to change, identity, and meaning. My style is compassionate, collaborative, and based on personal values. ACT aims to foster psychological flexibility—helping people relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings while taking actions that align with their core values.
At the moment, I provide online counselling only, allowing you to access support easily and privately from your own space. I also offer counselling sessions in Spanish, which may benefit clients who prefer to communicate in their first language.
